MCS is a software development company specialized in analysis, design and implementation of computer systems for public administration offices and business companies. The company was founded in 1992 and today it hires 18 highly qualified employees specialized in information technology.

The company's aim is to design projects and programmes that will suit the buyer, to adjust computer support to the requirements of a business process, to introduce positive experience as well as to keep track of and to integrate the latest advances in technology.

MCS consists of project department specialized in various fields of application, technical and system support and database. There is also a board of directors responsible for management, finances and department coordination.

  • The application department consists of the project leader, designers and programmers specialized in specific user areas.
  • The technical and system support department provides and develops the technical infrastructure of MCS and of all the users of MCS' services. The technical support deals with personal computers, operating systems, computer network, the Internet communication and the connection with and among the users.
  • The database department deals with the database installation and configuration as well as with computer programming languages for client-server and web interface. It provides application teams with support and introduces them to new database and programming solutions.

MCS is situated 2 kilometres from Čakovec and 100 kilometres from Zagreb. The private property is equipped with the latest technology and they also provide of parking space for their employees and their customers.

  • Cadastral System - "KatPis"

    - computerized record keeping of the data collected by a cadastral survey: number, location, shape, size, usage, purpose and ownership of cadastral parcels

    KatPis is main application for import, control and printing cadastres data in the Croatia cadastres office. Its works strictly in accordance with cadastre legality. The program support is very friendly for users and offers a many HELP routines to make work easier.

    KatPis application is first step in collection cadastral data. There is a procedure to send a correction or new data to the central cadastral base. This application works closely with KatWeb application which provides an insight into cadastral data from all over the Republic of Croatia.

  • Graphic Cadastral Viewer - "KatView"

    Contents:
    • searching through graphic and cadastral data
    • presentation of graphic and cadastral data
    • printing copies of cadastral maps
    • linking of graphic and cadastral data

    All graphics data is stored in a single database. All maps and area are connected. There is no special measures, overlaps or maybe holes inside data. There is no need for any graphical tools to find or print data. The graphical (KatView) and alphanumeric (KatPis) cadastral are connected and uses same data. This solution is excellent for users who only view graphical and numeric data.

  • Graphic Cadastral Web Viewer - "KatWeb"

    - A Web programme for searching through the central base of cadastral data. It provides an insight into cadastral data from all over the Republic of Croatia.
